Honestly, this is a good idea, but translating recepies is a pain. There's also trouble with ingerdeints which are difficult to get in some countries or spices too. There's also the fact that some meals are made with special equipment (example: wok - however you spell it in english). This'll die out.

Now I want something to eat....Gaaah

My mom is from Lebanon and there are some really hard recipies from ware she is from, and it would be annoying to post them all...

pretty unique idea, but most people just search the net for recipes. They can be quite loong

I could also "teach" some of you how to survive. But my cooking vocabulary is pathetic, so I won't:) But remember "kids" never mistake suggar for salt.

Anyway, once I wanted to bake a cake called "Kasutera", seems it origins in Japan, but when I made it(and I found many recipies, tried many)...it was a simple spoonge cake and I know this is not what I wanted. What I know: uses a lot of eggs, not spoonge cake. Any ideas?
